I wanted to thank you for coming to my page , I have been in the industry for 16 years. I am passionate about the beauty industry and keep up on all current education so that you can look and feel beautiful ! **PLEASE if you have been sick or feel like you might be getting sick, RESCHEDULE! If you have come into contact with someone in the past 14 days that has been sick please reschedule .
**Effective August 15th all service prices will have a small increase to keep up with the ever changing inflation we are seeing, thank you for understanding **
I Rachael do understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled at your next appointment. Thank you for understanding!
