About
Modern Beauty was born out of the shared vision of Melissa and Leslie, who had spent numerous years working together in the dynamic world of aesthetic and cosmetic surgery right here in Austin, TX.
Leslie Laverty
Modern Beauty - Founder

Leslie moved to Austin in 2004 as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She brings over 20 years of nursing experience to Modern Beauty. The last 15 years has been concentrated in the cosmetic surgery/aesthetic injectable field. She has worked alongside some of the top surgeons in Austin exposing her to the most cutting-edge techniques in cosmetic/aesthetic medicine.
Leslie is a master injector of biostimulants, HA fillers, and neuromodulators. Sexual wellness and PRP (platelet rich plasma) for hair regrowth and rejuvenation have become a special interest to her as well. Her passion for educating the patient and developing a sustainable treatment plan is an attribute that sets her apart. A well-informed, healthy, happy patient is the ultimate goal.
When Leslie is away from work she enjoys her wonderful family, the outdoors, traveling, and friends.
