Michael Bush

I launched my career in hairdressing after matriculating at the University of Georgia in 1990.  I apprenticed under my mother and father for two years before training under Billy Wallace in Montreal, Quebec, Canada where I was taught in the Vidal Sassoon technique of technical hair cutting.  For the next four or five years I trained consistently at the Toni & Guy U.S.A Academy in Dallas, Texas.  I enjoyed working for Toni & Guy as a platform artist teaching classes at industry shows, independent salons, and local seminars in the Atlanta area for about 5 years.  While working in my family’s salon (GOLDEN SCISSORS), I trained dozens of salon professionals that still work and thrive in the local salon industry today.
