She is so sweet and caring and always has had my best interest in mind such as making sure she's very clear with what we're doing, how long it takes, price changes, etc. She even is able to help me get exactly what i want when i don't even know how to describe it! With our last appointment she left my hair feeling so much healthier and softer then it was originally and we used bleach! Heather has also given me little freebies and birthday gifts which shows how considerate and thoughtful of a person she is. Overall, I 100% recommend her to everyone and anyone because of her amazing talent and character.

Heather is the only stylist I trust with my hair. Heather is truly an artist who asks detailed questions about my hair before starting any service or treatment. Over the years, I have been to countless salons in South Tampa and throughout Tampa and was satisfied but never felt “wowed” until I started going to Heather. I have never received so many compliments on my hair as I do now. Years ago, I let my natural color grow out (a mixture of grey and black). Heather skillfully and beautifully blended my natural color; now, it looks healthy, vibrant, and gorgeous. She’s simply the best!

Heather was so sweet & made excellent conversation. I was nervous as I hadn’t gotten my hair done by a professional in years but she made me feel so comfortable & able to trust her/her process. Her loft was so clean & decorated intentionally and with attention to detail. As an alt girly, I personally think her work is so versatile: if you have perfect blonde or want something more funky/out there like I did she is absolutely your go-to. I got calico hair, and went in with zero expectations but I can safely say I am blown away. She even taught me some styling tips and I left with the confidence that I’d be able to recreate what she did in the salon at home. Seriously, 10/10.
