A little bit about me.. I have been in the hair industry my entire life, my dad does hair too! I love what I do and love to learn and grow with my clients as times and styles change through the years. Looking forward to meeting you!
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and notify other clients on a cancellation waiting list. Those clients and myself will miss the opportunity to receive services, and I miss the opportunity to fill the appointment.
Since the services are reserved, a cancellation fee will apply.
Although I wish I did not have to do this, my income depends on you.
Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW:
A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If cancelling within the 24 hour window of your appointment, a 50% fee of
scheduled services is required to be paid prior to rebooking.
If you no show your appointment, a 100% fee of the scheduled service
is require to be paid prior to rebooking.
!! REPEAT OFFENDERS:
If you consistently cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your
appointments, after the third time, you will only be able to make
appointments on a day-of basis. If there are no appointments available that
day, you will be placed on the cancellation waiting list.
