Welcome to CS Cosmetology Professional, a Salon Lofts suite salon! Established in 2018, Caitlin has been serving customers behind the chair since 2008 after completing her training at Regency Beauty Institute. Caitlin takes pride in being a well-rounded stylist proficient in men's, women's and children's hair cutting and styling; chemical services such as color and perms, as well as facial waxing services. When you are in Caitlin's chair, you're in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about making the world more beautiful by putting her skills to use. Her ability to pay great attention to detail and take the time to listen to her clients ensures a satisfying result for you!

You can find Caitlin in the salon on Wednesdays, Fridays and alternating Saturday/Mondays (work Sat=off Mon). **Disclaimer** If you are looking for a quick, in and out type of service I may not be the stylist for you. I take the time to do things right :)

New clients: Feel free to have a seat in the lobby when you arrive. I will come out and get you as soon as I am ready for you so you don't have to wander around looking for my suite. The hallway is an oval with main entrance on one end, bathrooms & drinking fountains on the opposite end if you need. 

SALON POLICIES

CS Cosmetology Professional will require a payment of 50% of the total scheduled services if canceling or rescheduling WITHIN 24 HOURS of the reservation. No further appointments may be scheduled until cancelation fee has been paid in full.

CS Cosmetology Professional may require a deposit for corrective color services. Amount of deposit is determined during consultation.

If you are not satisfied with your experience at CS Cosmetology Professional, we will happily make it right at no additional charge provided it is within 7 days of your original reservation. Refunds will not be offered on services.

You may return any unopened hair care products for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for opened or used products. We will offer an exchange for gently used products within 14 days of purchase. All brushes are final sale unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect. Unopened styling tools can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days please reference your manufacturer's warranty.

CS Cosmetology Professional reserves the right to deny service to anyone with a communicable ailment including, but not limited to, lice or bedbugs. By receiving salon services you assume all risk and responsibility related to COVID-19.
