Charlene brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and aesthetic artistry to the beauty industry. As both a licensed Nurse and a skilled Esthetician since 2016, she possesses a deep understanding of skin health and beauty enhancement. Her foundational training includes studies at the award-winning Dermalogica and top-rated beauty and nursing schools across California and Texas.
Also a Certified Microblading Specialist and Trainer since 2016, Charlene is deeply rooted in the Permanent Makeup (PMU) community. Her commitment to excellence is demonstrated through continuous advanced training at The International Dermal Institute, ensuring she stays abreast of the latest beauty trends and skincare technologies. Passionate about fostering talent, Nurse
Charlene now channels her extensive knowledge into empowering the next generation of beauty professionals. She offers comprehensive support through ongoing mentoring, apprenticeship programs, and consulting services. Furthering this mission, Charlene founded Boss Babe Studios across Southern California, creating dedicated spaces to help her students and other PMU artists and beauty specialists successfully launch and establish their own businesses.
