About
Amanda comes from a family full of hairdressers and even comes to Salon Lofts with both her mom and sister, Diane and Jillian. She started her hair career in 2007 at the Aveda Fredric's Institute where she studied both Cosmetology and Esthiology. From there, she went and worked at Michael and Company Salon. During that time, she was a part of a team who earned ELLE magazine "top 100 salons" 3 years in a row. After 7 years, Amanda is really excited to continue her career at Salon Lofts. She loves the opportunity to interact with people daily and give them the gift of beauty. Across the board, Amanda's passions include color and cutting: her specialities are "bobs." Amanda encourages you to come in and be a part of the family atmosphere the Simpson girls strive to have!

As many people know, finding a stylist you can completely turn over the reins to without heaps of anxiety or walking out in tears is not the easiest thing to come by (at least in my past experience). Boy was I super lucky that I crossed paths with Amanda when I moved back to Cincinnati three years ago. I've been to incredible stylists in NYC and Houston, but I don't trust anyone as much with my hair as Amanda. She always looks at my inspiration with me, gives me constructive ideas/feedback and tells me what will work with my hair. She's taught me how to style it myself so that I can recreate that amazing salon look at home. I'll never see anyone else. Amanda is the best!
